Douglas, Kawlewski, Stoll join Coldwell Banker

Corinna Douglas, Blossom (Minge) Kawlewski and Megan Stoll have joined Coldwell Banker Preferred Partners as a full-time sales associate working out of the Perham office.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker they met the Minnesota real estate licensing requirements and completed the comprehensive Coldwell Banker training program including the interactive Launch Program.

Douglas has over 10 years of experience in residential real estate sales. She received the "Rookie of the Year" award back in 2001, as well as multiple awards for the Million Dollar Club in her previous time at Coldwell Banker. Douglas and her husband Richard are members of the Perham Chamber and owners of Douglas Flooring LLC. They have three adult children residing in Perham and Moorhead and a seven-year-old son who attends the Perham Public Schools.

Kawlewski earned her Bachelor's in Business Management at St. Cloud State University and has been working in sales and marketing in the lakes area. She grew up in Frazee and Perham and graduated from Perham High School. Kawlewski currently resides in Perham with her husband, Jake, and their daughter.

Stoll was grew up in the Brainerd Lakes Area and was a graduate of Brainerd High School. She worked for Otter Tail County for the past several years. She and her husband, Joseph, moved to the area in 2014 and now reside in Dent with their two daughters.
