Agnes Lucille Rosenthal of Staples, Minn. died, Oct. 15 at the LHS Care Center in Staples.
Agnes was born April 24, 1931 to Joseph and Helen Krueger in Perham. She graduated from Perham High School class of 1948. She pursued office work in Perham and St. Paul, Minn., until retiring in Staples. She was a member of St. Ann's Circle of Sacred Heart, board member of the Senior Citizens group and volunteered delivering meals for many years. She enjoyed flowers, playing cards and her cat Missy.
Agnes is survived by two daughters, Kathy (Jim) Rutten of Staples and Carol (Joe) Peeters of Dent; four sons, Gary (Debra) of Bertha, Minn., Gregory of Pelican Rapids, Minn., Glen of Alexandria, Minn. and Gordon (Julie) of Staples; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary (Bob) Hanson of St. Paul and Rose Chute of Grantsburg, Wis.; one brother, John (Judy) of Perham; one sister-in-law, Terry Krueger of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho; and one brother-in-law, Gary Nelson of Minneapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James and Jerry; one sister, Eileen (Gary) Nelson; and one granddaughter.
Funeral services were held Oct. 19 at Sacred Heart Church in Staples. Arrangements were with the Cremation Society of Minnesota.
