Area digs out from overnight blizzard
Much of northwestern Minnesota dug out on Wednesday from the overnight blizzard that left several inches of snow on the ground and cancelled schools in the area.
The sun was out by noon, though, and the snow was starting to melt. Highs are forecast to be in the 20s and 30s for the rest of the week. No snow, thankfully, is in the immediate forecast.
