Baseball and softball teams beat up on C-I in season openers

The Perham baseball and softball teams combined to outscore Crosby-Ironton 57-0 in four games getting both their seasons started with blowouts.

Perham softball won by scores of 18-0 and 15-0 with a barrage of hitting highlighted in game one by a home run to straightaway centerfield by Sydney Roberts. Allie Doll got the pitching victory.

Perham baseball got four stellar pitching performances allowing only one hit in two games to C-I.

CJ Mulcahy and Mason Malikowski combined to no-hit the Rangers in the Yellowjackets' 13-0 opening victory on the road. Perham won game two 11-0. Alec Meyer and Jake Leuders combined to one-hit the Rangers in game two.
