Candlelight ski, this Saturday at Maplewood

Maplewood State Park's one-mile ski trail will be lighted with 150 candles for a Candlelight Ski event this Saturday night.

The public is invited to ski, showshoe or just stand around the campfire and enjoy chili, bars and hot drinks.

Chili will be served at the Trail Center starting at 5 p.m. The trail will be lighted through 8:30 p.m.

Participants will need a ski pass, which is available at the park, along with a Minnesota Park Sticker. With questions, call Maplewood at 218-863-8383.
