Charlotte was born on June 24, 1964 in Fergus Falls, Minn., the daughter of Elton and Lois (Enger) Hauge. She grew up in Fergus Falls, one of five children; brothers Pat, Jerry, Roger and Brian.
At age 16, Charlotte met her soul mate and husband, Wayne Brown. They were united in marriage on Feb. 26, 1983 in Fergus Falls. Out of their union of love, they brought into the world three wonderful boys, Danny, Joey and Christopher. Charlotte was a dedicated wife, mother and Christian. Later, after the boys were grown, she enrolled in The Word of Faith Bible College in Vergas where she earned her degree.
Charlotte was a very busy person with a heart of pure gold. She enjoyed reading, crafts, camping, picnics, four-wheeling, horses, visiting, and taking the annual hunting trip to Montana with her husband, three boys and nephew Timmy. Her favorite past time was spending quality time with her family, nieces and nephews. The number of people she touched in her lifetime is too numerous to even begin to tell.
Preceding Charlotte in death are her parents, Elton and Lois Hauge; her brother, Roger Hauge; father-in-law, Carlos Brown; and sister-in-law, Debbie Hauge.
Surviving Charlotte is her husband, Wayne Brown; three sons, Danny, Joey and Christopher; three brothers, Patrick, Jerry and Brian Hauge; and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
