Controlled substance charge leads to arrest
Drug arrests in connection with non-Otter Tail County residents continue to take place within the county. The latest is the arrest of a Clinton, Minn., woman, 27-year-old Julie Houle.
Houle appeared in county court Nov. 8. Court records state that she changed a prescription quantity from 21 to 121. Pharmacists informed law enforcement that Houle likely altered the prescription herself.
The controlled substance charge is a felony.
Houle was ordered by the judge to take part in a treatment program.
