According to court records:

At 2:25 a.m. Sunday, a trooper allegedly saw the vehicle Score was driving cross the center line on County Road 17 just south of Highway 59.

As the trooper turned around, he allegedly saw the suspect vehicle accelerate rapidly and then go through a stop sign at the junction of County Road 17 and Highway 59.

He allegedly pursued for about a mile at speeds of 70-80 mph in a 45 mph zone, until the vehicle took a sudden right turn into a driveway and stopped. The driver was allegedly found hiding under a large, dark duffel bag between the second and third row of seats.

He was allegedly combative when arrested, yelling and screaming profanities and trying to kick out the rear window of the squad car on the way to jail. He allegedly continued to be disruptive and combative at jail, spitting in a jailer's face and trying to spit on the trooper and to hit a jailer with his fist.

Score allegedly had to be restrained, shackled and a spit hood put over his head before he calmed down.

He appeared Monday before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $15,000, with a number of conditions.
