Eagle wrestlers on a hot streak

Email

The New York Mills wrestling team is on a roll, winners of six straight duals, and just in time. Two tough tests are coming up on the schedule when the Eagles will face Perham and Border West.

The sixth straight victim to the surging Eagles was Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale. NY Mills got up early and held on for a 10-point victory, 41-31.

Pins at 106 and 113 by Jeremiah Harper (1:38) and Shane Novak (1:41) gave the Eagles a 12-0 lead.
