The tour is scheduled to start at Paul Miller Park in Perham at 9:00 a.m. and take about 3 hours. After the tour there will be a program and picnic dinner at Paul Miller Park.

The EOT district was established in February of 1958. The aim of the district is to reduce soil erosion, protect water quality, develop wildlife habitat, and improve pasture and forest lands.

Districts are intended to tap into local leadership in conservation, through programs with individuals, businesses, organizations, and government.

Current board members are Lyle Dittmann, Steve Inwards, Gary Cruff, Gary Zeise, and Marion Gill.

Anyone interested in attending the tour and picnic are encouraged to RSVP to the East Otter Tail SWCD office by calling (218) 346-4260 Ext 3.
