Erhard woman sentenced after drug-related arrest
Charlene Kay Tollefson, 50, of Erhard, was sentenced on April 25 in district court for driving after cancellation of a driver's license, being a risk to public safety and for receiving stolen property.
Tollefson was arrested Sept. 12, 2011, on Cross Point Road east of Pelican Rapids. In her possession was meth paraphernalia, which she later admitted was taken from another person.
She was sentenced to 180 days in county jail, with 150 of those days stayed for two years on condition of remaining law abiding.
Tollefson will pay a $500 fine and was ordered by the judge to have chemical dependency evaluation and treatment.
