Fish house stolen northeast of Perham
A fish house was stolen off of Bear Lake northeast of Perham last week.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office said the theft likely took place between 7 p.m. last Tuesday and 8 a.m. last Wednesday.
Stolen was a 17-foot home-made fish house with black corrugated steel siding. The lower portion of the fish house, according to authorities, has silver steel siding with a star-shape pattern. The inside has knotty pine material.
Value of the fish house is estimated at $6,500.
Authorities said a witness may have seen the fish house being pulled down County Road 67 at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle pulling the fish house was described as a pickup truck, dark in color.
Bear Lake is in Butler Township, in the northeastern corner of Otter Tail County.
