Perham Minnesota 222 2nd Avenue SE 56573

Four forfeits in each of Perham's two matches versus Breckenridge/Campbell-Tintah and Pelican Rapids helped spot the Yellowjackets to 24-0 leads in each match and neither match ended close.

Perham dispatched Breckenridge/Campbell-Tintah 49-12 and took a few more liberties with their cross-county foes Pelican Rapids 64-13.

Brandon Lueders won by fall over Breckenridge/Campbell-Tintah's Mark Erickson at 2:42 of the 126-pound match.

At 182 pounds, Garrett Biegler, of Perham, won by fall at 5:20 over Cole Praus.

Josh Werner defeated Mark Erickson at 132 pounds, by major decision, 13-2.

Luke Sailer, #10-ranked 138-pounder and fresh off being named Outstanding Wrestler at the Barrel O' Fun Invitational won his match over Jesse Differding easily, 13-2, a major decision.

Perham's ranked heavies #4 Cody Nylander and #3 Jesse Hein did not see the mat due to forfeits.

The same was true in the second match versus Pelican Rapids. Andrew Moberg and William Parks also sat out due to forfeits in the 64-13 blow out.

Sam Pirrotta, Lueders, Werner, Sailer, Ty Haverland and Biegler all recorded pins in the victory over Pelican Rapids. Werner needed only 44 seconds to defeat Robert Mazorlegos.

Gio Garcia added a major decision victory over Jordan Mohr, 17-6.

Pelican Rapids led 3-0 early after a 7-3 Daniel Franco decision over Ben Nelson at 106 pounds. The Vikings' only other lead was 7-6 after the 120-pound match. Jesus Romero won a major decision, 12-4, over Chase Curtis.

Including a second place finish at the Barrel O' Fun Invitational, the Yellowjackets have been virtually unbeatable in duals. They have won seven straight.
