Cole was a diversified player during her high school career and has continued to improve at the college level driving to the hoop, running the break and battling for rebounds from the guard position. Megan was a three-sport athlete at New York Mills with starting roles on the volleyball, basketball and softball teams.

Cole's most recent highlight game came in a tough 70-65 loss to ranked Northland Community and Technical College December 8. She scored 11 points shooting 5-7 from the field, hauled in seven rebounds, and dished out three assists against the Pioneers, ranked No. 7 in the nation. All three marks were season-highs.

Cole has started five of 10 games scoring 65 points on the season averaging 16 minutes of playing time per game. She also pulls down 3.4 rebounds per game. Her 48.1 field goal shooting percentage has her making nearly half of shot attempts.
