Free information session on Voter ID
Claire Wilson, Voter Outreach Director from the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of Sate, will present an informational session in New York Mills on the proposed amendment to the Minnesota Constitution requiring voters to present valid government-issued photo identification.
The session will be held at the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center on Saturday, Oct. 27 at 6 p.m.
Information to be presented at this free, non-partisan presentation will include the constitutional amendment process in Minnesota, evidence of voter fraud in Minnesota, types of voter fraud, non-partisan evaluations of the proposed amendment and the status of voter identification laws in other states.
