Gabriele Grunewald, Kampf go 1-2 at the Liberty Mile in Pittsburgh

Minneapolis/St. Paul – Aug. 6, 2014 – At the GNC Live Well Liberty Mile in Pittsburgh on Aug. 1, Gabriele Grunewald was first and teammate Heather Kampf was second in times of 4:31.68 and 4:32.12 respectively. Kampf has been a two-time winner of the Liberty Mile while Grunewald had finished second in the first year of the race in 2012.

Grunewald’s time tied the event record which was set by Kampf in 2013. The Liberty Mile was the fourth stop on the 2014 Bring Back the Mile Grand Prix Tour.
