Grand Forks police arrest man on terrorizing charge
GRAND FORKS -- A Grand Forks man was arrested Tuesday and expected to be charged with terrorism after he allegedly threatened and assaulted people with a knife in a south-end residence, police said.
A call came it at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday of a man with a knife in a residence at 2149 30th Ave. S., according to a news release from the Grand Forks police.
The location is less than two blocks behind the Carmike Cinemas movie multiplex.
