"Men's Night Out" is a free educational event on health for men 18 years and older. This year's keynote speaker is Minnesota Twins Hall of Famer, Harmon Killebrew.

Health screenings will be offered from 4 to 6 p.m. Tri-County Hospital (TCH) will provide free screenings for glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, prostate-specific antigen (PSA), pulmonary function, and body-fat analysis. Informational booths will be available on a variety of health topics pertinent to men's health.

A soup and sandwich dinner will be served from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the school lunchroom.

The evening program will kick off at 6 p.m. with a presentation on "Cardiology: What It Means to You," followed by a panel discussion featuring local medical experts. Local on-air personality, Rick Youngbauer, will be the panel moderator, as well as master of ceremonies.

The evening will round out with one of the greatest home run hitters of all time, Harmon Killebrew, who may be remembered by Twins fans as "Killer," for his prolific clouts. An autograph signing session will be held with Killebrew from 5-6 p.m.

Admission is free; however, pre-registration is required by calling Jenn Davis, TCH Community Relations Assistant/Events Planner, at 218-632-8777.

Sponsors of this year's Men's Night Out are: Tri-County Health Care, Tri-County Hospital Foundation, Tri-County Hospital Auxiliary, and Wadena Rotary.
