Irish music group to play at ITOW museum
Ring of Kerry will perform at the In Their Own Words (ITOW) Veterans Museum in Perham on Sunday, March 6 at 7 p.m.
Ring of Kerry, an Irish and Celtic music group, consists of five musicians. With sounds that range from the thunder of the Irish bodhran drum to the sparkle of the hammered dulcimer and much more, the band has developed a unique blended sound.
The group takes its name from a craggy drive in southwestern County Kerry, Ireland. Ring of Kerry includes Paul Blondell on fiddle, Paul Cotton on bodhran, Paul Imholte on hammered dulcimer, Charlie Roth on vocals and guitar and Karie Oberg on vocals and penny whistle.
The ITOW Veterans Museum is located at 805 W. Main, Perham. For ticket information call 218-346-7678 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
