Kindergarten roundup season is here again.
Parents of kindergarten-aged children will have the chance to tour Perham’s three kindergarten programs and get any questions answered before registering for class.
To be eligible to begin kindergarten this fall, children must be at least 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2014.
Information on Perham schools’ kindergarten roundups follows in order of when the roundup will be held.
St. Paul’s Lutheran School
-Monday, March 31
At St. Paul’s Lutheran School, parents can go over the kindergarten schedule and curriculum, learn about program offerings and take a tour of the school. Both of the school’s kindergarten teachers will be present to meet with families.

St. Henry’s Area School
-Monday, April 7
Children can make crafts and parents can learn more about the curriculum, schedule and programming at St. Henry’s Area School.

Heart of the Lakes Elementary School
-Thursday, April 10
-4-5 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.
Two roundup sessions will be offered at Heart of the Lakes Elementary School, with a light meal and tours of the school available between the two sessions, from 5-6 p.m.
Children can explore the school’s kindergarten classrooms and meet teachers while parents attend an informational session to get any questions answered.
Completed enrollment forms may be dropped off at the school office before the evening of roundup.
