Lakers down Yellowjackets 6-1

PERHAM -- The second doubles team of Mike Botzet and Christian Hinckley teamed up for Perham's only victory in a 6-1 loss Tuesday afternoon.

Botzet and Hinckley won their match 6-4, 6-1 over Austin Nelson and Cody Knopf.

The Lakers swept the all four singles matches in straight sets.

Al Shoeneberger went to a tiebreak in the second in a 6-0, 6-7 loss to Tom Warweg.

Detroit Lakes won the one and three doubles matches in straight sets, as well.
