New York Mills check forger gets jail time
Jaclyn R. Clawson, 32, of New York Mills, was sentenced June 1 and will serve 28 days in jail following check forgery charges, stated the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office.
Nineteen days are stayed due to time already served.
The incident took place July 6, 2011, in New York Mills. Clawson will work with community service in lieu of a $500 fine.
