Dec. 4

11:24 a.m. Responded to a medical alarm. A cat had pulled the cord. The cat was OK.

11:44 a.m. Investigated an accident in which the driver stepped out of her backward-moving vehicle and was run over by her vehicle as a result. The car then collided with a parked pickup. The driver was hospitalized.


2:45 p.m. Assisted a motorist who had locked their keys in their car.

3:36 p.m. Assisted a motorist who had locked their keys in their car.

Dec. 5

10:24 a.m. Took a report of high school student being harassed by another. School officials resolved the matter.

11:23 a.m. Assisted with a vehicle safety check for a local business.

1:59 p.m. Took a report of a vehicle parked in a handicapped-parking stall. The vehicle had a handicapped placard on the dash.

4:14 p.m. Assisted a motorist who had locked their keys in their car.

Dec. 7

10:09 a.m. Took a report of a dog at large.

1:21 p.m. Removed some debris from the Highway 10 onramp.

4:00 p.m. Assisted a resident who had fallen and needed a lift assist.

11:59 p.m. Stopped a semi that had no lights to the rear. The driver was able to fix the lights and proceed.

10:56 a.m. Cited a motorist for speeding.

12:52 p.m. Cited a motorist for driving without a license.

5:32 p.m. Warned a motorist for an equipment violation.

7:11 p.m. Issued a possession permit for a car-killed deer.

10:40 p.m. Removed an intoxicated person from the city ballroom. It was later discovered that this same person violated a no trespassing order just prior to this incident. The subject was cited for trespassing.

1:01 a.m. Assisted a person that had been abandoned by friends in New York Mills.

9:53 a.m. Cited a motorist for speed and obstructed windshield.

10:28 a.m. Responded to a motorist who had reportedly locked their keys in their car. The vehicle was gone upon officer arrival.

11:10 a.m. Investigated a hit and run motor vehicle crash.

Dec. 10

3:51 a.m. Responded to a commercial burglary alarm. It was a false alarm.

10:27 a.m. Warned a motorist who was blocking two handicapped-parking stalls.

12:04 p.m. Assisted in returning some lost property to its owner.

5:10 p.m. Took a report of a crash that occurred on private property.
