8:00 a.m. Assisted EMS with an ambulance call.
10:59 a.m. Cited a motorist for speeding.
11:28 a.m. Assisted with a civil matter.
2:19 p.m. Took several reports of a temporary sign obstructing view of traffic at an intersection. The sign was moved to an alternate location.
6:15 p.m. Assisted with a civil matter.
10:41 p.m. Took a report of an open door at a closed business. The owner was notified and the door was secured.
2:23 a.m. Took a report of an unwanted intoxicant at a local residence. The subject was in need of medical attention and was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
9:48 a.m. Assisted a motorist who had locked their keys in their car.
1:43 p.m. Came across an abandoned vehicle parked on the shoulder near Highway 10. The owner was contacted and was arranging to move it.
3:08 p.m. Assisted with a civil child custody matter.
9:25 p.m. Cited a motorist for speeding.
11:43 p.m. Took a report of an erratic driver on Highway 10 heading toward New York Mills. The vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for DWI.
8:18 a.m. Assisted with a civil child custody matter.
1:37 p.m. Conducted a funeral escort.
11:23 p.m. Responded to a commercial burglary alarm. It was a false alarm.
Throughout day Officers assisted with "Lund Mania" events.
8:19 a.m. Assisted a motorist who had locked their keys in their car.
10:42 a.m. Conducted a welfare check of a local resident on behalf of a family member. The person was OK.
2:29 p.m. Assisted the Sheriff's Office in looking for an erratic driver. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle. It was later learned that the caller was in another county.
3:57 p.m. Came across several very young children playing in the street without supervision. The parents were located and counseled in the matter.
4:26 p.m. Assisted the Minnesota State Patrol in looking for two vehicles reportedly in the ditch near Bluffton. The vehicles were gone upon officer arrival.
6:37 p.m. Took a report from BNSF Railroad of people standing too close to railroad crossing. People were clear of the tracks upon officer arrival.
6:39 p.m. Took a report of an unrestrained child in a vehicle. The vehicle was located and the driver was issued a citation for unrestrained child passenger.
10:18 p.m. Assisted EMS with an ambulance call.
9:18 a.m. A cell phone was turned in to the Police Department. The phone was returned to its owner.
1:37 p.m. Assisted EMS with an ambulance call.
6:06 p.m. Warned a motorist for speeding.
7:50 p.m. Took a report of a vehicle in which the occupants had open alcohol containers. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
