North Dakota community left with questions after principal is charged with setting fire to school
DICKINSON, N.D. – Thomas Sander had been working toward becoming a principal for a while.
So when he got that job at Trinity High School in Dickinson, N.D., last summer, he emailed some academic contacts, telling them the good news.
“He told me he got this principalship at a Catholic school,” adviser Blaine Ward said, “which I thought was pretty much his aim or his goal.
“He was excited about it.”
