ERHARD WOMAN GETS JAIL TIME FOR DRUG-RELATED CHARGES
Lori Jean Buseth, 54, of Erhard, was sentenced July 30 to 30 days in jail and community work for an indeterminate period of time.
According to Otter Tail County court records, Buseth had previously been arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. She also will pay fines of close to $900.
MAN SENTENCED FOR BURGLARY, WEAPONS POSSESSION
Anthony James Hogy, 37, of Underwood, was sentenced in Otter Tail County district court July 30 following burglary in the first degree and possession of a dangerous weapon.
Hogy was sentenced to the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud for 41 months, with 164 days credited for time served. He had fines of $825.
The case dates back to Feb. 17 for incidents near Water Street Road, north of Underwood.
PELICAN RAPIDS MAN CHARGED FOR INTENTIONAL IMPRISONMENT
Geraldo Diaz Martinez, 27, of Pelican Rapids, has been charged with domestic assault and intentional imprisonment (restraint).
Another Otter Tail County district court appearance will be forthcoming, according to court documents.
