Oxbow, North Dakota shows appreciation for Perham flood relief
Perham High School's work with flood relief efforts has not gone unnoticed.
As a result of the hundreds of student volunteers who worked sandbagging, the Perham High School Student Council was the recipient of a $500 check from the City of Oxbow.
In the thank you note, the community commended PHS students on their hard work. They went on to say that, "If it hadn't been for your help, more of our homes would have been lost to the flood."
The student council plans to use the funds towards Homecoming activities in the fall.
