The tournament provides 100 percent payback with over $4,000 in cash and prizes.

A $100 prize will be awarded the largest bullhead.

A rules meeting and fundraiser for the Ottertail River Fund, with door prizes, will be held Friday, Feb. 18, hosted at George and Becky's Bar and Restaurant in Frazee, Minn.

Entrants must be 21 years of age or older and have a Minnesota fishing license and obey all fish laws.

At least one member must attend the rules meeting.

Entrants must fish the lake chosen upon registration.

Two people may enter a team and not fish and still be eligible for prizes.

Teams will receive a team number token at the rules meeting, which must be presented to officials at lake landing check-in and when leaving the lake.

Lake check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. on all lakes.

Fishing times are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and teams must be off the lake by 4:30 p.m.

Weigh-ins will be presented in front of George and Becky's Bar and Restaurant. Team numbers must be turned in between 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Once on the lake, teams cannot leave the lake, except in emergencies. In the event of an early limit, check off the lake with officials.

Fish must be kept alive or unfrozen. Each team can weigh in 20 perch, six sunfish and four crappies.

The team number needs to be turned in even if there are no fish to weigh in.

Any legal vehicle may be used, along with any legal shelter or no shelter. Partners do not have to fish together on the lake.

The tournament is not a derby.

Rules are subject to updates until rules meeting.
