Perham Crossings gets top honors from GrandStay
The Crossings by GrandStay in Perham has received two top awards from GrandStay Hospitality, LLC, including the 2013 Property of the Year award and an award for excellent customer service.
The awards were announced during GrandStay’s 2014 Brand Conference, held in Oakdale, Minn., April 9-10.
The Perham hotel was first recognized with the 2013 Every Guest, Every Time Customer Service award, which recognizes consistent high scores in guest surveys and brand quality assurance evaluations.
The hotel was later given the 2013 Crossings by GrandStay Property of the Year award, which honors the most outstanding hotel within the brand. The award recognizes the efforts of the hotel owners, manager and staff for delivering the very best service, cleanliness and accommodations.
“We are extremely proud of the Perham location and all they accomplish each day to make the hotel feel like home to each and every guest that stays there,” said GrandStay Hospitality President, Jon Kennedy, in a press release. “The dedication to caring service which happens in Perham is what both our brands stand for.”
GrandStay Hospitality, LLC is the franchisor for GrandStay Hotels and Crossings by GrandStay.
The conference theme, “The Grand Experience,” focused on the brand’s approach to excellent service and quality lodging. Attendees included franchise owners, general managers and company representatives, along with key vendor partners.
