A search warrant in Perham, conducted Jan. 18 by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, led to the discovery of a Model 94 Winchester lever action 35.30 rifle, Model 15A Stevens gun and Model 742 Remington gun, according to court records.

A review of Flatley’s criminal history revealed that he was convicted Feb. 23, 1998, for rape and other charges while as a member of the U.S. military. He was confined for three years and dishonorably discharged.

His next court appearance is scheduled for March 25.
