July 18

9:00 a.m. Party reported possible employee related theft.

10:08 a.m. Fingerprinted an individual for employment.

6:35 p.m. PPD returned keys to owner of vehicle involved in a DUI.

9:40 p.m. Caller wanted help with juvenile child.

July 19

10:04 a.m. PPD referred multiple calls to power company in regard to power outage due to storm.

6:02 p.m. Report of a dog in a car for an extended amount of time; animal had water and shade.

6:52 p.m. Resident reported home appeared to have been broken into.

10:45 p.m. PPD assisted Otter Tail County with a verbal domestic.

July 20

3:02 p.m. Request was made to OTC for a background check in regard to a purchase permit.

8:10 p.m. Caller requested assistance with locating a local resident.

July 21

12:43 a.m. City reported suspicious activity.

4:43 a.m. PPD assisted PTC with a verbal domestic.

9:00 a.m. Welfare check on local resident.

10:53 a.m. Report of a lost dog; 4-month-old Shepard mix.

12:02 p.m. Report of a lost dog adult female black miniature eskimo.

12:45 p.m. Citation issued for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

12:45 p.m. Welfare check for meals on wheels; party was not home.

7:30 p.m. Two vehicle crash at Third Avenue and Fourth Street SE; no injuries.

9:18 p.m. Purse was found at a local business; no identification.

10:13 p.m. Complainant reported loud music; was coming from fairgrounds during fair.

10:23 p.m. Landlord requested tenant told to quiet down or leave the property.

July 22

1:09 a.m. Party reported loud music coming from nearby resident; music was turned down.

1:10 a.m. Fairgrounds manager requested officer escort.

10:10 a.m. Check on two individuals sleeping in the park.

12:15 p.m. PPD stopped traffic for a funeral procession.

3:13 p.m. Two vehicle crash at Second Avenue and Main Street SW; no injuries.

7:04 p.m. Report of a dog in a car for an extended amount of time; animal had water and shade.

7:54 p.m. Minor two-vehicle crash near the grandstand at the fairgrounds; no injuries.

8:47 p.m. Report for insurance purposes regarding damaged vehicles in driveway.

9:16 p.m. Report of juveniles playing on private property.

11:18 p.m. Anonymous complaint of the smell of marijuana at an apartment complex; unfounded.
