Perham woman charged for drugs
Kimberly Kay Sullivan, 38, of Perham, was charged last week with fifth degree drug possession, a felony.
Sullivan appeared in Otter Tail County Court on Dec. 4. Law enforcement had previously found Sullivan in possession of medications that did not belong to her, according to court records.
Authorities said Sullivan's mother, whom she was staying with, reported her daughter to police. Sullivan reportedly had to be restrained by law enforcement during the initial investigation at her mother's residence.
Sullivan also faces a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault. Her next court appearance is Dec. 17.
