PHS Volleyball: W-DC beats Perham
Perham hit the road Tuesday to face Section 8AA rival and the current No. 9 team in Class AA, Wadena-Deer Creek.
The Wolverines showed why they are among the best team's in the State, as they beat the Jackets, 3-0 (25-7, 25-12, 25-19).
Christenson said before the game that he was happy to be seeing W-DC at this point of the season. He said it would give them a good blueprint of what the team needs to do to prepare for another potential meeting with the Wolverines in this year's 8AA playoffs.
W-DC ended the Jackets season for the second-straight time in last year's in the 8AA sub-section title match, 3-2. W-DC went on to win the 8AA crown and advanced to State.
