Plea agreements set in theft cases
Plea agreements were reached in Otter Tail County District Court last week in two separate cases involving theft.
Gregory Joseph Schizzano, 56, of Fergus Falls, took a plea agreement on March 14 after being found guilty to theft from a garage on Maple Avenue in Fergus Falls.
Court documents show Schizzano’s plea agreement called for 90 days in the county jail and payment of fines, surcharges and restitution to the victims.
In another plea agreement, Keasha Ann Kurtz, 20, of Breckenridge, Minn., agreed to pay a $1,000 fine and restitution.
According to court documents, Kurtz was previously caught shoplifting at Fleet Farm in Fergus Falls. She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in a related case.
