Plea hearing set for man who admitted shooting occupied truck
A plea hearing for a man who confessed to investigators that he emptied a rifle clip at a pickup truck with three occupants is set for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Wadena County courthouse.
Logan Skov, 19, faces three counts of second degree attempted murder and three counts of second degree manslaughter for the Oct. 6 incident near Bluegrass. Each attempted murder charge calls for up to 20 years in prison, while the manslaughter counts call for up to five years each.
