Focusing on the great things that can happen in our wildest dreams, the library invites all children, pre-school to 7th grade, to "Read It and Dream It!"

The Summer Reading Program will encourage children to read during the summer months by offering dreamy prizes for reading. In addition, the library will offer weekly story times, youth book clubs and a multitude of fun activities for a variety of ages.

Registration is happening now.

As the first summer reading activity of the summer, the library will be hosting "Professor Marvel's Dream Machines" on Tuesday, June 12 at 4 p.m.  An interactive theatre program incorporating storytelling, comedy, and magic, Professor Marvel's show is free to everyone and promises non-stop action.

"Professor Marvel's Dream Machines" is funded in part with money from Minnesota's Area and Cultural Heritage fund. Sponsored by the Perham Area Public Library and the Viking Library System.
