Richville man charged with criminal sexual conduct
William Lee Erickson, 38, of Richville, appeared in Otter Tail County district court on Feb. 15, charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Charges relate to an incident on May 28, 2012, at an undisclosed location. Some information was kept confidential due to the involvement of a minor.
Until his next court appearance, Erickson was ordered by the judge to have no contact with persons under the age of 18, unless he is supervised.
Work release will be authorized if Erickson meets certain requirements of the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office.
