Seven new home permits in November
Seven new homes are on the drawing board for Perham, following a flurry of building permits in November.
Permits for the seven homes, all estimated at between $90,000 and $110,000 in construction costs each, were the lion's share of permits, representing $832,977 in value.
Pettow Construction was issued three permits; Miller Construction one; and Dave Schornack, two.
A major remodeling permit, for an estimated $80,000, was also issued-to the Perham Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
The remaining permits for November were three shingling jobs and a bathroom remodel.
There was only one commercial permit written in November, for a $15,000 roof replacement at Frank's Auto Body.
