Skogen, newly elected Murdock host bipartisan town hall meetings
In an effort to gain public input on the upcoming legislative session, Sen. Dan Skogen, DFL-Hewitt, and Representative-elect Mark Murdock, R-Ottertail, will host a series of town hall meetings on Dec. 18.
The schedule is detailed below:
Thursday, Dec. 18
8 a.m./Menahga/Cottage House Café
9 a.m./Sebeka/J's Family Restaurant
10 a.m./Wadena/Pizza Ranch
11:45 a.m./Parkers Prairie/City Hall
1 p.m./Henning/Kountry Korner Kafé
2:30 p.m./Perham/Lakes Café
"It is important for me to hear the concerns of my district as we move forward on another budget year in St. Paul," said Sen. Skogen. "These town hall meetings will give me that opportunity."
Sen. Skogen added that he is currently coordinating town hall meetings for the other half of his district and will release details as soon as they become available.
