Perham High School Choir students joined the Fargo-Moorhead Chamber Chorale for a performance at the Perham Center for the Arts on April 12.

The show, called “Songs of Nature,” included classic and modern tunes about trees, flowers, water, human nature and more, featuring such songs as “Seven Daffodils,” “Cheek to Cheek,” “The Water is Wide” and many others.

“Ave Maria,” sung by the Perham choir featured a trio of students who ‘echoed’ the group up front from the back balcony.

At the end of the show, the Chorale’s Director, Michael Culloton, said he was so impressed by the PHS Choir that he would definitely be back to take part in another fundraising performance for the arts center.

The singers received a standing ovation.
