Stolen car linked to Henning
At press time Tuesday, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office was seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen vehicle that was possibly involved in a hit-and-run crash in Stearns County.
The owner of the vehicle, an unidentified rural Henning resident, had loaned the 1998 brown Cadillac Deville to a female in Henning three weeks ago, the sheriff’s office said. The female was reportedly stopped and arrested for suspicion of DUI, and then loaned the car to a male friend. The owner reported this as unauthorized use of the vehicle.
At press time, neither the vehicle nor male driver had been located.
The vehicle is Minnesota License 051EXA. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 218-998-8555.
