Thefts reported in Otter Tail County
A number of thefts have been reported in Otter Tail County in recent days.
A GPS was stolen from a vehicle on Eldorado Beach Road, on the northwest side of Otter Tail Lake, between 8 p.m. on June 12 and 8 a.m. on June 13, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office said. There were no immediate suspects.
A gas drive-off was reported at the Vergas Country Store at 11:18 a.m. on June 13. Stolen was $89.43 in gasoline.
Fishing equipment was taken from a boat at San Dee Cove Drive on the southeast side of North Lake Lida, near Pelican Rapids. The incident likely took place between June 8 and June 13, according to the sheriff’s office.
Taken from the boat were fishing poles, a tackle box and clothing.
Investigations into these thefts are continuing.
