A musical history tour of the 1960s, this concert will include more than 300 photographs from the period, with a historical narrative woven through songs and music.

Described as "songs and stories from a revolutionary decade," the Minnesota-centric program was developed and written by Johnson and Chouinard, recipients of an Arts Tour grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board.

In addition to many sing-along moments, audience members may get involved by submitting their own stories or song ideas in advance to www.tiptoethroughthe60s.com for possible inclusion in the show.

The performance will take place in the New York Mills High School auditorium. The program is free and open to the public, sponsored by Viking Library System and NY Mills Public Library.

Funded in part or in whole with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.

For more information, call NY Mills Public Library at 218-385-2436.
