Caitlin and Brynnan Covington kicked things off at this year’s Turtle Fest Grand Parade, leading 70 floats, marching bands, trucks and other entries through Perham on Friday evening. Perham's Turtle Fest wrapped up on Sunday, after nine days of family-friendly events and activities, including a parade, Fun Fly, demolition derby, prize giveaways, turtle races, sports competitions and much more.
