PERHAM — The Turtlefest 5K and 10K runs drew 240 runners to Perham for both races Saturday morning continuing a history of drawing big crowds for summer runs.

“I give lots of credit to Co-Race Director Mandie Kjelshus and the cross country team runners, boosters and sponsors,” Co-Race Director Jeff Morris said. “It could not happen without Mandi and the team.”
