Allen C. Breyer, 38, was driving the 2001 Freightliner semi. He and a passenger, Melissa J. Breyer, 28, both suffered what the State Patrol called non life-threatening injuries in the crash. His address is listed as Leola, Alaska.

The accident occurred when the westbound semi came into a curve too fast, locked up its brakes, went into the ditch, and rolled several times.

The driver was partially ejected and the passenger was pinned in the cab until extracted.

The rollover was reported at 12:56 p.m. on dry pavement on Highway 113 in Mahnomen County, at mile marker 31 near Tulaby Lake, according to the State Patrol.

The Mahnomen County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
