Utility worker injured after bucket truck tips

A Lake Region Electric Cooperative employee was injured while performing utility work Wednesday morning after a bucket truck tipped over.

According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Department, the employee of the Pelican Rapids-based co-op suffered minor head and foot injuries.

The accident took place at the intersection of Highway 57 and 145th Street, south of Vining, at about 10:30 a.m.
