Willmar man jailed after crash injured 4
WILLMAR -- An 18-year-old Willmar man is in the county jail and faces charges of driving while impaired, criminal vehicular injury, reckless driving and driving without a Minnesota driver's license after he fled from the scene of a two-vehicle crash around 9 a.m. Sunday.
Cesar Rodriguez, 18, was driving a 1999 Dodge Durango that collided with a mini-van at the intersection of Kandiyohi Avenue and Seventh Street Southwest, according to Willmar Police Sgt. Michael Anderson.
The minivan rolled over onto its top and the four people inside suffered unknown injuries. Rodriguez was located by police shortly after the crash at a home on the southwest side of the city
