Work Connection offers service for businesses, job seekers
The Work Connection has landed in Perham.
The goal of Work Connection is to pair businesses with qualified job seekers.
While Work Connection has served clients in Perham in the past, its new office in Perham gives the service more of a presence.
"There's an added convenience of being closer," said Tyler Wirth, regional business consultant with Work Connection.
Wirth said the service makes sense for both clients and potential employees, as Work Connection offers both protection and flexibility.
That flexibility kicks in for businesses that might be looking to fill positions in a timely manner - or face issues with productivity. With Work Connection on hand, Wirth said they are able to fill those positions, eliminating the business' risk of disruption.
Work Connection also handles human resource duties with employees, including employee benefits, accident investigation, E-Verify screening and worker's compensation, among others. It's also able to give businesses a "try before you buy" system of hiring employees, Wirth said.
Jobs available through Work Connection vary depending on clients, but typically include positions ranging from manufacturing to office-related work.
All hiring is done through Work Connection, which has professionals on hand to fit candidates with the right job. Those interested are welcome to call or visit Work Connection for more details.
"We understand what it takes to get our clients to the next level of success," Wirth said.
The new office, located at 65O 3rd Ave SE, will serve as the main site for those looking for employment. It can be reached at 218-346-5965.
