They're all a 'buzz'
Perham High School kicked off homecoming week Sunday night at the high school auditorium with the introduction of the 2017 royalty and the crowing of the King and Queen. This year that honor went to seniors Parker Glynn and Elle Birkeland. Each senior was given a box with either a yellow or black balloon on it. The boxes were the reveal and the two people who had the yellow balloons were the king and queen.
Students at the high school held a pep-fest Monday morning, and grades K-8 will hold their own pep fest on Friday afternoon from 1:30-2 p.m., followed by the homecoming parade, back-to-school bash at Meinover Field from 4 to 7 p.m., football game and bonfire at 9:15 p.m.
